EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but if something isn’t right, do kindly let us know.

As a standard company protocol across all direct point of sales, Duskora does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on fresh off the rack, nor on made to order pieces except in case of the below mentioned exceptional scenarios:

  • If the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective.
  • If there is an irreparable technical issue with an altered/ordered piece against the client specifications, for example – sizing issue, fabric covering, colour mismatch, length issue, etc.
  • If there has been an unprecedented delay in your order and Duskora has not notified you of the same, within 1 week from the date of the order placed.

In all the above scenarios, the client must notify DUSKORA.COM about the issue over a call or WhatsApp during business hours but most importantly with an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.

However, it is only after receiving an acknowledgment of the same from DUSKORA.COM you may send the piece back to us for the necessary corrective actions at the customer’s expenses. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization. The customer will be responsible to pick-up products sent without prior intimation. Once the garment is received by Duskora, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with DUSKORA.COM only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. While returning the piece, please ensure that the merchandise is unused, and is in a sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging.

The decision however will be taken within 2-3 business days of receiving the outfit and you will be duly notified of the same.

All approved returns and/or exchanges are given in the form of credit notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and are redeemable solely at DUSKORA.COM and any of the flagship stores across India. The credit notes can be redeemed during the End of Season Sale period as well.

DISCLAIMER:

  • All credit notes issued are for the MRP amount only and do not include any applicable shipping/duties or tax amount.
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on discounted pieces.
  • All returns or exchanges are allowed for Duskora pieces bought from our own website and flagship stores only.

ORDER CANCELATION POLICY:

You have the option of cancelling your purchase & claim a refund. However, this is only allowed for 24 hours from the time of purchase. In this case, a refund in the form of a “Credit note” will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. The Credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, Duskora shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund.

NO EXCHANGE, NO ALTERATION POLICY

  • **No Exchange**: Once our outfit has been purchased, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to sizing, colour preference, or change of mind. Please ensure that you carefully review all our outfit details before making a purchase.
  • Alterations- We offer minor alterations of our outfits within 14 days of the delivery of our outfits wherever possible.

Note: Alteration includes only minor size adjustment. It does not include any major alteration to our outfit as they are specifically crafted and customised as per your specifications.

RISK OF LOSS

Your online order is insured by Duskora during the transit time until it is delivered to you. All purchases made online requires a signature by the receiver on delivery, if no signature taken still the receiving of the product, automatically with no written declaration, at which point the responsibility of the goods passes to you.
