agreement between Duskora, having its registered address at B-707 Bhuvan Pride Apartment, Ranasinghpur, Bhubaneswar, Dist- Khordha, Odisha, Pin- 751019, which operates the DUSKORA.COM and any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses Duskora platform in any manner or uses any current or future service or functionality or offer made available on Duskora platform as updated from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Products” shall mean apparels, accessories and any other products under the brand name “DUSKORA” offered for sale to you on the DUSKORA Platform; and
  • ”Services” shall mean customization services, recycling & upcycling services and any other services as discussed and provided under the brand name “DUSKORA” offered to you on the “DUSKORA” Platform or through Social Media Platforms;
  • We and you are hereinafter individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.

Please carefully read all the parts to understand the conditions applicable in case of usage of the DUSKORA Platform and for purchase of Products thereof.

  • DISCLAIMER
    • Actual product colour may vary from what is seen on the website or through virtual video calls.
    • Colors may vary across devices due to difference screen display and individual visual differences.
    • Lighting at the time of photography can impact the appearance of the colours, so images on the platforms like Instagram may differ from the actual product.
    • Production pieces may show slight colour variations due to dying. Products with same colour name may still vary slightly in shade.
    • Slight variation from the original sample of the embroidery, cuts, styles, fabrics, surface ornamentation, is to be considered according to the availability of raw material, customer size, measurements or specific customization as discussed or/and requested by the customers.
    • Duskora samples are designed as per client’s request and changes in the sleeves length, blouse neckline depth, or the silhouette will change the overall sample cut and silhouette.
    • The look of the garment as exhibited in the website will change if client proceeds for the changes according to their requests.
    • Due to the changes if there is a necessity of increasing the embroidery on the garment that would simultaneously increase the price mentioned in the website or quoted during sampling.
    • Hand crafted Products:- All Duskora outfits are meticulously handcrafted using royal vintage fabrics threads, sequins, Zari and other natural materials. Due to this handmade process and the inherent characteristics of these materials, slight irregularities or variations may occur. These are not defects but an artisanal footprints on the product, making each piece unique and exclusive.

SAMPLING PROCESS:

        • The sample making process is equally time taking and demands monetary values to meet up to the clients expectation in the final product. So Duskora samples will be made after an advance payment of the approximate final garment pricing and the remaining to be paid after the product is made and before dispatching it to the client’s address.
        • Samples to be made according to the availability of the fabric, embroidery materials and craftsmen. Duskora makes unique products with each handworks, so bear with the masterpieces in making as they bring miraculous look after wearing.
        • Samples are to be made solely for final product reference and will not serve any outside Duskora entity or organisation to make the product. It is to be handed over to Duskora and won’t be used outside of Duskora.

Your online order is insured by Duskora during the transit time until it is delivered to you. For security reasons, all purchases made online require a signature by the receiver on delivery, if no signature taken still the receiving of the product, automatically with no written declaration, at which point the responsibility of the goods passes to you.

Duskora and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. All the styles listed on the website have been described in detail for your reference covering all essential attributes of the garment pertaining to fabric details, embroidery details, and individual component descriptions as well in order to enable you to make an informed purchase decision. PRICING

The pricing of the outfits listed on the website fall under the sole discretion of the brand. The prices mentioned for all the styles are mentioned in Indian Rupees. However, for other parts of the world, USD, GBP & EUR prices are mentioned based on the conversion rate. Shipping charges, duties & local taxes will be added at the checkout page only in the final payable amount that will be charged to you. The prices mentioned on the website are the same as all our stores unless if there is a special time-bound promotional sale is going on the website.

With respect to items sold on DUSKORA.COM we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason, if we are not able to ship the products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available.

The Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the site may be incorrectly priced. In the rare occasion, mispricing occurs, we will inform you to cancel the order or make an additional payment for the difference.

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping worldwide.

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. We typically take around 7 business days to dispatch domestic orders, and 15-25 business days to dispatch international orders for our ready-to-ship line. If the order is customized, then the delivery time depends on the customization process.

The shipping timelines mentioned are over and above the timeline required to procure or make the ordered piece, as mentioned in the page or communicated through direct interaction.

Sometimes, delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All of Duskora orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Bhubaneswar, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international orders, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying this additional fee.

Duskora takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but if something isn’t right, do kindly let us know.

As a standard company protocol across all direct point of sales, Duskora does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on fresh off the rack, nor on made to order pieces except in case of the below mentioned exceptional scenarios:

  • If the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective.
  • If there is an irreparable technical issue with an altered/ordered piece against the client specifications, for example – sizing issue, fabric covering, colour mismatch, length issue, etc.
  • If there has been an unprecedented delay in your order and Duskora has not notified you of the same, within 1 week from the date of the order placed.

In all the above scenarios, the client must notify.

DUSKORA.COM about the issue over a call or WhatsApp during business hours but most importantly with an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.

However, it is only after receiving an acknowledgment of the same from DUSKORA.COM you may send the piece back to us for the necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization. The customer will be responsible to pick-up products sent without prior intimation. Once the garment is received by Duskora, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies DUSKORA.COM only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. While returning the piece, please ensure that the merchandise is unused, and is in a sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging.

The decision however will be taken within 2-3 business days of receiving the outfit and you will be duly notified of the same.

All approved returns and/or exchanges are given in the form of credit notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and are redeemable solely at DUSKORA.COM and any of the flagship stores across India. The credit notes can be redeemed during the End of Season Sale period as well.

DISCLAIMER:

  • All credit notes issued are for the MRP amount only and do not include any applicable shipping/duties or tax amount.
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on discounted pieces.
  • All returns or exchanges are allowed for Duskora pieces bought from our own website and flagship stores only.

ORDER CANCELATION POLICY:

You have the option of cancelling your purchase & claim a refund. However, this is only allowed for 24 hours from the time of purchase. In this case, a refund in the form of a “Credit note” will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. The Credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, Duskora shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund.

DISCLAIMER:

  • In case you wish to change your order, any difference in the price of the revised order shall be payable prior to updating your order.
  • If the price of the new order is lesser than the original order, a credit note will be issued against the balance amount.

The fit of our garments depends on the cut, fabric, and style. Some garments are designed to have a relaxed fit while some garments are consciously styled to be more fitted, in order to accentuate the form. NO EXCHANGE, NO ALTERATION POLICY

  • **No Exchange**: Once our outfit has been purchased, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to sizing, colour preference, or change of mind. Please ensure that you carefully review all our outfit details before making a purchase.
  • Alterations- We offer minor alterations of our outfits within 14 days of the delivery of our outfits wherever possible.

Note: Alteration includes only minor size adjustment. It does not include any major alteration to our outfit as they are specifically crafted and customised as per your specifications.
